These mills are used for cold rolling of sheet where finish thickness is above 22 Gauge or 0.72 mm.

The rolls are made of forged alloy steel having high hardness of over 63 HR'C' and they run on Spherical Roller Bearings.

These SPM Rolling Mills are used for reducing the thickness of 'cup' of spoons, forks and knives. They help in giving ergonomical shape as well as save the raw material weight.

The application can be both in Hot Rolling and Cold Rolling. Generally knives with stem thickness of more than 6 mm are 'hot rolled' to reduce the thickness of cutting area. For this purpose, we provide Rolls made of Hot Die Steel.

These mills are heavy duty and five trouble free operations for many years. They are also capable of rolling Stainless Steel of 202 grade which is one of the hardest steels to roll.

These are used for the Screw Down operation of Rolling Mills. They consist of hardened and tempered Worm Shaft and Worm Gear made of Bronze rim or of case hardended steel fitted in a heavy Steel/ Cast Iron housing. The operation is motorised.
