Helical Gear Boxes for Rolling Mills |
We have gained considerable expertise in the design and manufacturiing of Helical Gear Boxes meant for use in Rolling Mill industry. We have manufactured and also successfully repaired many Gear Boxes which were not operating properly. We make single helical as well as double helical Gears with hardened and tempered Pinions and Gear as and where required. We take into consideration the required safety factor including shock loading which is frequently encountered in Rolling Mills.

Gear Box cum Pinion Stand |
We design and manufacture of Gear Box cum Pinion Stand for small and medium duty Rolling Mills. This design is also useful where space is at a premium and is also economical. We make these items for 2 Hi and 4 Hi Rolling Mills - both Hot & Cold. The vertical center distance can vary from 130 mm to a maximum of 1200 mm.
