Cold Rolling Mill Machinery

These Hot Rolling Mills are used for rolling of thick slabs of Copper/ Brass/ Aluminum and reduce the thickness to about 6-14 mm as per requirment.

The Rolls are made of Alloy Steel and run on Fiber Bushes.

These mills are manufactured to reduced the thickness of Stainless Steel flats from about 10-20 mm to a minimum of 1.4 mm. The rolling is bidirectional to reduce the time of rolling so that material remains red hot till the last pass thus improving the quality.

The Back Up Rolls are made of high quality alloy steel having mediu hardness of about 45-50 HR'C' and run on spherical roller bearings. the Work Rolls are made of Cast Alloy Steel and run on Gun Metal Bushes.

We manufacture Wire Flattening and narrow strip rolling mills for Copper and Alloys. These mills are used to manufacture flat copper conductors and contactor strip from thick wire or from material obtained from the CONFORM Machine. 

These mills are supplied with pre-straighteners and Edger guide to control the shape of edges of the strip.

The mill is supplied with Coilers and Uncoilers and can take heavy reductions while maintaining the high level of accuracy required for the end product.
